The dyes are used for coloring foods. In general, no
change the taste of food, and the paprika is the most used in Brazil
and Portugal. In Barcelona, there is a mixture of yellow serving
to dye a dish called paella.
The need to use the dyes was born of stupidity rooted by
producers of grain, the food devitalize by withdrawing their skin and p ortanto, its original color, made them become the called bleached foods.
The dislike many of the cooks appearance of white rice and therefore add the dyes, in the unfortunate illusion from being to enrich the food.
